Key Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for fiveenthusiastic individuals to join our team for the summer of 2026. Thesepositions will be responsible for:

• Facilitating activities for youth in group settings

• Assisting with all Rebound program activities

• Engaging in supportive relationships with youth

• Believing in the potential of all youth

• Engaging in community outreach, events and development

• Contributing to team meetings and the ongoing evolution of the organization

• Empowering and supporting the organization’s youth engagement commitment

• Supporting a healthy and vibrant work environment

• Some administrative and housekeeping assistance as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Passion, commitment and dedication to youth

• Creative and resourceful

• Independent and teamwork skills and abilities

• Excellent time management, written and verbal skills, superior documentation and data entry skills

• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Must provide own transportation

• Under the funding grant, the Employee must be between the ages of 15-30 years

Sarnia Lambton Rebound is a non-profit voluntary agency committed to youth between the ages of 8 and 24. We promote changed attitudes and behaviours that support and empower young people to develop skills that nurture a positive response to self, family and community.  Through evidence informed research, Rebound has successfully developed early intervention and prevention programs that are being facilitated in communities across the province.
