One Stop Talk: Immediate Mental Health Support

Sarnia-Lambton Rebound is proud to connect our community to One Stop Talk, providing children and youth (ages 0-17) with immediate access to free mental health support. Whether you’re dealing with a sudden challenge or just need someone to talk to, this program offers professional single-session counselling exactly when you need it.

Through an integrated network of mental health agencies across Ontario, One Stop Talk ensures that help is always just a click or a call away.

What You Can Expect:
Expert Care: Counselling from registered therapists from across the province.

No Waitlists: In-the-moment access to support—no appointments or referrals required.

Flexible Hours: Access support after school, after hours, and on weekends.

Actionable Plans: Leave your session with a co-created plan tailored to your needs.

Local Connections: If you need more long-term support, you’ll receive a direct referral to additional services right here in the Sarnia-Lambton community during your visit.

Empowerment: The opportunity to self-select service when the timing is right for you.

Who Can Access This Service?
Children and Youth: Ages 0 to 17 years.

Parents and Caregivers: Can access the service alongside their child.

Hours of Operation (EST):
Monday to Friday: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturdays: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Service Details:
Cost: Completely Free.

Languages: Available in English and French (with interpretation services for other languages as needed).
